This Matcha breakfast recipe couldn’t be easier and it’s completely vegan!

Matcha Island Smoothie Bowl from The Healthy Hour

  • Blender or food processor
  • Bowl


  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tsp Matcha Live Longer green tea powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Juice of 1 lime


  1. Place all your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until everything is well combined.
  2. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite fresh fruit, nuts seeds or wholegrain cereal for the ultimate healthy breakfast.
